Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Moneytized.ai (the "Service"), operated by [YOUR_BUSINESS_NAME]("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Moneytized.ai provides AI-powered short-form video generation, monetisation tracking, and content planning tools for creators. The Service is provided "as is" on a subscription basis with optional credit top-ups.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@moneytized.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe in GBP.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Credits purchased as one-time top-ups do not expire while your account is active. Credits are non-transferable.
  • Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
  • We may change pricing on 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price until the next renewal.

4. Refunds & cancellation

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription. However, by starting to use the Service (e.g. generating a video) within that period, you agree that we begin performance immediately and you waive your cancellation right for content already delivered.

Outside the cooling-off period, subscription fees and credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If you experience a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Depicts real, identifiable people without their consent.
  • Is sexually explicit, contains child sexual abuse material, or is otherwise harmful.
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Is designed to mislead, defraud, or impersonate.
  • Violates the terms of any platform you publish to (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, etc.).

You also agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, abuse rate limits, share your account, or use the Service to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate videos, scripts, and audio. You acknowledge that:

  • AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or unexpectedly resemble existing works.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the content complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
  • We make no warranty that generated content is original or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Ownership & licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all fees, you own the videos and outputs you generate using the Service. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

We retain all rights in the Service itself, including the website, software, branding, and underlying technology. Free-tier outputs include a Moneytized.ai watermark which you may not remove unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

8. Third-party services

If you connect external accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), you authorise us to access them on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the fees you paid us in that period.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost content.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Generated content will be retained for 30 days after closure, then deleted.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
